Activity description
DI.VE is a company well known for innovation, research and quality; strongly linked to the hystorical Biella textile area, it is specialized in manufacturing combed yarns. It was founded in 1960 and since then it’s been producing wool, blended wool and alpaca top quality yarns. In 2005 it invested considerable capitals to adopt a new technology by which new innovative yarns wth ‘multicolour tops’ were created. These are still nowadays unique and our trademark in the world panorama.
Collections are developed in 3 lines of products: the first one is based on classical knitwear, with combed yarns in 100% merino wool, wool/no Pilling acrylic, and stretch yarns , in very fine counts.
The second one turns to a technical/sporty market with linear, fine yarns, blended with merino wool and high performing special polyester fibres. This proposal is in opposition to the most creative, multicolor, chunk roving yarns with waterproof and antibacterial properties.
On the other hand the third line exhibits products which are the outcome of the company’s gift for research, for new manufacturing techniques and innovative shapes and colours. These yarns draw inspiration from craftsmanship but they are made with top quality standards, they are ‘one of a kind’ yarns, proposed with wide and exclusive shade cards.
