Activity description
NUOVA COSMATEX was born in the 60s and deals with the field of the textile machinery and it is specialized in the production of particular machinery for woollen and worsted spinning mills and nonwoven.
The production consist of new electronic hopper feeders, new and innovative woollen spinning lines, flexible and efficient board band feeds at 90°, new rubbing systems for condensers, complete plants for small productions and laboratories, electronic headstocks for ring spinning frames, opening, blending plants, vacuum stripping plants.
The company deals with second-hand machinery, fully reconditioned or modified. We upgrading every single part or just bits of the production line.
Currently ECOCARD is our leading product, designed according to the new market’s requirements, concerning efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Its dimensions are reduced, it is made up of a smaller number of machines and moving elements, so it requires a lower energy consumption; it does not need foundation pits, so no masonry works are required.
Thanks to a new and more efficient driving system, it can carry out a high-speed production.
It is almost completely self-cleaning and this, allows very rapid changes of lots, and decreases the very expensive costs for downtime and machine stand still.
